Exchange & Return Policy

Hey there! If you ever experience a sudden change of mind from your purchase, let us walk you through our Policy together!


How do I return/exchange?

Online

  1. Click the link here
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.



Outlet

You may also proceed your Exchange & Return at our Lelabu outlet:

What items are returnable?

  1. Item(s) must be exchanged or returned within 7 (seven) working days from date of received enclosed with (i) original receipt, (ii) attached original tags and (iii) any related accessories included.
  2. Item(s) must be exchanged or returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed and with original attached tags.
  3. Lelabu reserves the right to refuse your request if any of the above is not followed and fulfilled.



What items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Discounted items
  2. Free gift and samples.
  3. Product not sold by Lelabu Enterprise.
  4. Product damaged by buyer.
  5. Items received more than 7 days.



The item I received is damaged. Help!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us at hello.lelabu@gmail.com within 7 days from date of received.



Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants that are subject to our stocks availability. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item(s) will be shipped to you.

If your exchanged item(s) is/are of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the price difference. However, if your exchanged item(s) is/are of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.

Exchange of colour is not allowed via online. Kindly note that exchange of product(s) by colour can only be done at our Lelabu outlets.



What are the refund options?

Cash refund is strictly not available, but you may return any products in exchange for Store Credit in full amount within 7 days from receiving the items.

Kindly note that your refund in Store Credit is not inclusive of the shipping cost.



How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Kindly label the purpose of your return package on the parcel to either EXCHANGE or RETURN.



How soon will I get my Store Credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the Store Credit will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
